Tier Matthews

Tier Matthews is the Founder and CEO of Youth Inspired Change and the founder of AG2G Publishing. She is an author, mentor, advocate, faith-based encourager, and community leader who is passionate about helping people heal, grow, and discover purpose.

Her work centers around youth empowerment, family support, spiritual growth, mentorship, resilience, and real-life encouragement. Through AG2G Publishing, Tier creates devotionals, journals, inspirational books, and faith-based resources that speak to everyday struggles while pointing readers toward hope, healing, and purpose.

Tier believes that words have the power to encourage, restore, and remind people that they are not alone. Her mission is to use her voice, experience, and faith to help others keep going, keep growing, and keep believing.
